I bought this piece of paper a year or so ago specifically with this photo in mind. The water off Brac Island in Croatia was so beautiful...almost Caribbean like. I used the middle vertical line (gold, circles, metal) from the tic tac toe challenge at Scrap With Stacy for the layout.
