I used sketch #87 from Let's Capture Our Memories. The grid design was perfect for the cards I cut out from one of the pattern papers.
I also used challenge #9 at Scrap & Play Challenge blog. The journal card is lined paper, washi tape along the top and bottom, I handwrote the journaling, and a little bit of blue.
